To browse royalty -free embroidery designs you don't need to join but if you want to download a design you will need to create an account. Create an account by your name and mobile number and it’s free.

Once you have joined you need to purchase our subscription package to download embroidery designs in .emb format. All our transaction goes through Razorpay.

Once You Purchase any of the subscription packages you are allowed to download any of the designs as per your subscribe package. You have to open design and click on download button after one confirmation message design will start to download on your device.

We have main category, Sub category and Sub-sub category for your better search experience. Once you open design you will find design’s description like stitch, height, colour (Niddle), Area (Head interval) and design code. Anything more than this information we will give in description box. Before download you need to check all information.

You will receive design file in .EMB format. We provide .EMB format because you will customize designs as per your requirement. You can transfer file format by using wilcom or truesizer software as per your requirement.

You need to have Wilcom or Truesizer Software in your PC to convert file format as per your requirement. For more details regarding file format please mail us on support@embfile.com

Yes, you can explore wide variety of designs without being registered on your site.

If you have design code you simply need to write design code into search bar on website and application. We will show your design which are looking for.

Yes you need to create account to purchase any of our subscription.

Once you are download designs during subscription period you will re-download those designs any time. We will not charge you again. you can download it from download history page.

Downloadable Designs are not returnable and refundable once they have been purchased/ downloaded, for obvious reasons. Once you purchase any of our subscription packages it is not returnable and refundable, for obvious reasons. If your purchase is proven defective and you notify is within 3 days of your purchase, we will either provide replacement /update to that item or refund your transaction.
